We've experienced harassment and sexism firsthand, and we know we're not alone. Like many of you, we've often felt unable to speak up.

In the UK, 40% of women endure sexual harassment at work. Yet, fewer than 15% of these cases are reported, and less than 1% result in legal action. This has to stop.
