We request your LinkedIn profile to verify your employment without saving any data, and your email is encrypted to prevent duplicate reviews. Rest assured, your privacy and security are our top priority.

You might feel a bit nervous when reviewing a company, especially if you're reporting something negative. We've received comments like, 'They will know it was me,' 'I don't want to get into trouble,' and 'It will be obvious I reviewed them.'

First, I want to say I completely understand. This fear was something we were very aware of when creating Womality. We knew people would be worried about potential backlash, even though they’re doing nothing wrong. Unfortunately, there’s a cultural tendency to avoid discussing these issues.

Why do you ask for my LinkedIn profile link?
We require the LinkedIn profile link to ensure that reviews are submitted by people who currently or previously worked for the company being reviewed. This link helps us verify your employment and match you with the correct companies. We don’t store or save this information; it's used solely for verification purposes.

Why do you ask me for my email in the last step of the review?
We use email encryption to ensure that no one reviews the same company twice. Your email is securely encrypted and cannot be decrypted. When you submit a review, we encrypt your email again to verify and validate it against existing encrypted records. Rest assured, your information remains completely confidential and protected.
